Hi Staff, today i saw 6 assassins botting in MineralMines 2f-3f


i forgot to take screens of their name but ill do next time i see them=P

You got EdwiinD whos a bot. constantly running in a circle, in and out of weapon shop in BW.

There are a great deal of these minions running around stealing the earth from under our feet.
a selection have also been seen entering the mines of bichon and a large number of refined items seem to be in use on a number of minions form a certain guild of oriental origin.

This may be jumping to conclusions and a thorough investigation would be needed to advance on such a claim but i do believe there are grounds for such an investigation.

ArmaggedoN - looked dodgy in the mines
Gxhl7i - mines again..
JAMIEa - mines again.

Might aswell go get the bot an use it myself, since nothing is still happening. IP block the them.

I banned the EdwiinD account last week

We do IP block them, it is simply to change your IP so its pointless
I have hardware blocked them but this also bans half of China and a lot of real players
I delete Bot accounts daily, I am working on tracing the gold, this is the reason some bots have been allowed to stay for a little longer

As I said some bots where allowed to stay as I was tracking them

block the ip range then. if anyone "legitimately" (such a thing?) got banned, allow there IP, and tell the reason it was banned.

Even then its very easy to change your IP to something totally different
IP bans on any online game really are pointless
but hey ever little helps
