Anything being done about these? Been observing a player in JP for a while now and his playstyle is extremely odd to say the least.

They drop all of the items they pick up, constantly run away from lures when certain spaces around them are empty, attack in a rotary pattern that seems very automated (they start at 3 o'clock 99% of the time)

Playing oddly asin playing better than you?

how will Jamie believe anything you say? Instead of chatting crap record it? Back your statement up?

What now?

The last person that I and MULTIPLE people on Discord accused of botting was in town when Jamie checked? How is he going to catch them botting, unless they are using SafeZone Botter 2,000.

I've got recordings, single occasions are worthless will take a few weeks to build up enough recordings to confirm that, but their behaviour is extremely strange to say the least. But hey what do I know, maybe it's normal for players to constantly drop Necklace of Nature and Butchers Necklaces etc on the floor or to attack in a very strange pattern, or to walk away from half of their lure.

I get what ur saying and I agree.

I've hunted JP probably more than any1 on this server, and I know who you're talking about even tho I wasnt on discord.

I was observing him once when he had 15 hours of elixir of destruction +12 , and he picked up one IV of 17 dc and ****ed up all his 15 hours of dc 12. Again he was dropping all **** from his bag , he had bag clear all the time.

One time I arrived in JP and literally followed the drop trail which consisted of lvl 44 armours and **** that no1 throws away to him.

Strange patterns like he's set on certain coordinates to hunt in.

But sometimes he behaves normaly, so I would say he doesnt use bot all the time tho...

Hopefully Jamie is watching and waiting till enough evidence has surfaced. Hate to say it but everyone I’ve seen doing similar behaviour to the video above are in one certain guild.
The game above exited after that, when it logged back on a real person was playing as they shopped etc like normal. They react weirdly when the final seal breaks and they get teleported out of the floor I remember two others in BP and they were just walking in circles.

i was observing that guy yesterday and i was like omg what he is doing.. he was luring with no defiance at all then started attacking the lure also without defiance then he walked away and used defiance like 4-5 times in a arrow thought he got some mental issues tbh :P its so obvious he is botting xD

No that was me interfering testing for reactions... (I would remove his defiance when he was safe/not at risk of dying). To see how well he picked up on it.

I didn't see any signs of it being a bot.

If it was a Bot, it would have either cast it instantly or cast it when the expected duration ran out, he only cast when he took small and unexpected damage.

Just watched that YouTube clip, seems very odd indeed, Why would you just use destructive surge? and then run away from mobs once it's almost dead?

Jamie, you must be watching these people right.

Any response to unclewang? who afk macro's every damn night randomly in provinces so proudly even after this temp ban? Ive sent videos, screenies etc etc still he continues to do it every night lol. I mean if walking into a lure of province mobs then pausing for 5 minutes-10 mins(hunt gold generation time) then swinging thin air even after the mobs are dead is considered normal behaviour then we all might aswell do it.. as its a big **** you to people earning huntgold legit.

You cannot say that hes not afk someone who is not afk would actually go somewhere with decent exp, worthwhile for that hunt gold.

To be fair i always leveld like that, <8 mobs i would move and lure more. (Especially with so many mobs around like in the video) Stragglers would catch up and die eventually.

I dont know the meaning of the seals, maybe he was rushing by the last corner? Seems normal until that point.

I'm just happy that Jamie is taking a look at it. I hate to say it but its specifically one guild that seem to be doing this kind of behaviour, lots of other people have seen these strange goings on and it was the same in BP too.

This coupled with again the same guild farming Hunt Gold, which I realise has little impact on the economy of the game but it is affording them an unfair advantage in terms of always cashing in on obtaining 1440 hunt gold every day.

Language barrier or not your moral compass knows that using 3rd party software or enhanced scripts / macros to give you a "competitive edge" is wrong. I hope the reason nothing has happened so far is that were going to see a mass ban hammer swipe all in a single evening, hopefully coupled with a nice forum thread detailing who and why they have been banned as a warning to others that this type of cheating is not accepted here.

I am pretty certain in China and Korean Macro's/Bots are not seen a morally wrong (in their culture), they perceive it like AFK mining/Spells leveling.

For example:

Alibab is played by multiple people, much like a few English speaking players share accounts.

Ok Jamie, i belive the only way forward is to ban ALL botting/macro use you dont need them to mine and as for leveling skills with the hunt gold you can quite easily get 4x skill leveling speed and that is more than enough to level while actually being active. if they use bots/macros to drop all crappy ore cant you just add something to pig pet that you can state what it picks up.
least if you say no botting/macros's nothing can get lost in translation and anyone found using can actually get banned i mean come on they cant be that stupid to think leveling in BP/JP is the same as skill leveling and mining....

Tbh it's easier to;

A) remove skill points from skills.. Getting to the level should be enough.

B) Add a new pet which is a 'mining pet' which levels up as you mine and you can toggle what ore/purity to keep.

If you cover off these two afk / macro issues then you have a very clear stance on no macros/bots as the only other reason you would tend to use them is to living or farming hunt gold which as stated is not allowed.
