As you seem biased, from past experience, soon as we changed ISP from BT we had no FUP problems.

im on 10meg n i get 1.5mb/s download, sometimes about 800-900 though from some sites, but mostly 1.5mb/s

Did you not read what I said, I used to work for Virgin and so yes the information is correct. Have a look at your terms of service, nice bit of FUP in there thats about 3 lines long.Didnt to me, dont know where you get your info from but its wrong.
Which line are you on with Virgin?Don't remember being warned about being in the FUP tbh, can't speak for Virgin as
