bug with the ingame bug reporter

filled out an ingame bug report , came back to check it next day and have to login using email and ticket number. forgot to write it down so filled in a fresh report . came to the end and it dosnt give you a ticket number:@: , so the tickets cannot be checked after its been created.

Iv mentioned this before it's not sending the email with the ticket number in it to you like it used to. Something to do with it being ddos attacked I believe.

Yes I have reported a bug about my subscription paypal took the money on april 4th and still not recieved my game gold or storage expansion currently paying 15k each time to use my second slot wasted over 70k :@:
