Buying a Dedicated Server

To host a Mir2 Heroes server, what would be the recommended requirments ?
And is there anything i need to look out for, such as make sure it's windows and not Linux or anything like that >?

Needs to be windows server and 2gb of ram should be ok as the heroes files are quite lightweight requirements for hosting.

No thats a virtual server, your wanting a dedicated server.

Would the basic £13.99 a month one run a mir server with say 40+ people onit comfortably?

I would say no, too good to be true, go for the £36.. but I don't know all that much on the subject
