re. uopload speed i got a server running atm for a few frineds to play on i got 2mb ntl broadband is that any good? dunno how to find out upload speed

NTL is as follows:

1Mbit/100K
2Mbit/200K
10mbit/500K

200K should hold easy 75 People...not idea max amount though..

It should hold more than that. From what i have seen on my server, it's about 0,5kb for every person online. Thats simply by dividing the amount of users with the amount of data sent per second so it's just a general overview. Back when Foundation 1.9 was around (the original), we hit 70 users at one point, and the 256k upload i had then and have now, could hold those players with not much lag.

no i was being serious throw in a few DVD Writers too and don't forget dual floppy drives for the uberness

the amount of players is down to pc specs aswell as upload speed.
