Ive been playing there for last 2 hours, got to lvl 26 and i still aint got any new spells? does ny one know how i get new spells?

you get skills via leveling up your rank but you also get them from the trainer in each town 
if you've just started you will have to get 20/20 beginer to get the next "Rank" of skills
then 48/48 regluar ect
at the end you'll be dual trance which is 160/160 trans on both meele and magic
