He Probably has not got round to adjusting Orcs or Jinchon yet as im guessing he was doing the more well used areas first although saying that orcs is fairly used so hopefully he does that soon.

No I have not adjusted Jinchon yet.

I do have a large number of adjusted drops to add to the server tomorrow but as per normal I will not tell anyone where or what monster have been adjusted.
