had a bit of town pk last night, was fun. just some random idea and my feelings although i could be wrong since ive not played mir for 6-7months

Flinch is defiantly different 2 warrs hitting me was almost impossible to fight back as i would be spam locked unable to move around them to try, it wasnt even the issue of being killed as they were low dc just couldnt return damage as i would have been pinned down as such

Introduce pk system regarding cursing weps like mir 3 did, if you was red you could curse your wep, otherwise your fine. stops grief( may eat into your Potcash sales tho?)

Flamefield seems to really kick arse, this coupled with the flinch it seem very difficult to get out of the ff range? that player didnt seem as there was speed cheats involved which could have explained it. just felt that its no escape when you try and run away

feel sad that there nothing to really solo on here that gives chance on a reward. Examples below

These are what used to happen

RTZ low chance on 43weps
ES low chance on 40 weps
FT low chance on ff
Crystal spider PC or was it curse?

These are all killable by reasonable levels that like solo play. like i said i could be wrong but from asking question nothing seems to be dropping from these

No recall set game has been around a year now?????

max speed warriors where do sins fit in? ( although this was said that it would happen a long time ago)

other then that a lot of fun to be had.

Cant agree with that curse system, its already far too easy to avoid curse with the stupid pots everybody uses.

Flamefield you just have to walk in one direction then turn 90 degrees(left or right) and hope the wiz assumes your not gonna change direction, then they miss you and you can get back upto running.

RTZ drops 40 weps, and high lvl books, had MagicBooster/AB/SS etc from him.
FT + Crystal Spid dropped Crystal armour I believe
Curse drops from white foxes
FF from Fire Mino's
Posion Cloud from Toxic ghoul's
IWT/KH/IZT/KS all drop 40weps

That's about the best of the standard soloable stuff I think?

Regarding FF thats the 1st thing i tried and always worked before, didnt here, maybe im slow lol.

So i got bored the other day and i watched a video of town pvp about a month or 2 after release. there was 50+ people fighting at mudwall. sure the numbers have gone down hill but if you watch it there is a massive difference between then and now. people in that video took a beating, Now i understand that nobody had anything other then shop kit so that why it was balanced as such and fun to pvp,

point to this post, you wont get pvp back to a point of a decent fight, with slow/curse and the damage people take from new skills and kits makes it not very viable to take damage, almost like everyone is a glass cannon. Talking to some people in game top end kits say that some players just rt when they see them. that must be boring for both parts?

mir is always about the pvp every aspect is build around it, no other game brings the type of involved in your face action.


So what options are there. personally the only logical solution would to decrease players damage against other players, if its coded in a way this wont effect your damage against bosses or mobs/pets. putting a damage cap per hit wont work as people with lower health pools will benefit more. 25-40% damage reduction means you could actually fight others?

Shane, you ever tried war on war pvp? It's clearly not the damage that makes it unbearable. Hit for hit is just something nobody is looking for.
