Cant boot in game with new king files

i have set server up and checked all the gate ips and got all the server gates and the server exe running and as far as i know its all configured correctly when i login i get past the character select screen to where you should get a box pop up which you would click ok to but i get a odd error with weird symbols which means i cant get in game anyone know the most common causes of these problems.

i know my mapinfo.txt file is correct

not fully sure what this client error is but i would be very grateful if someone who knew could tell me or if theres anything wrong with the setup of my files would be nice to know so that i can sort it out

i think i got the solution to this problem thanks to Zorgon please close this topic mapadale if my solution works i will make a post about it



still got same problem if someone who has got these files working has screens of the configs so i could see where ive gone wrong i would be grateful
