Can't buy GG - it doesn't launch a browser?

Hi,

If I click to buy GG from the Marketplace it says it may launch something outside of the game, and then does nothing. Any idea why? I'd like to buy a bit of GG for some items.

I'm no techie, but it sounds like your anti virus is stopping it from opening?

turn off firewalls the pop up to paypal should then pop up. If not pm jamie with your char name he will send a link.

Pop up appears to me, but when I click on link, this message appears everytime from paypal : we have technical issues. Please try again later . Been like this whole day. Any hint ?

I believe Firefox has problems initiating some times.

Try this as a temporary solution...

make sure you're set your browser to run as an admin, also.

Thanks Guys, I have a pretty obscure security tool installed which integrates with the browsers which was preventing it from opening, I disabled the tool and made sure that IE was already open (it still failed to auto-launch IE) and all worked. Thanks!
