Cant create a char..

When i make a new account, i go to make a char but when i click ok nothing at all happens. theres no errors in any gates either. Any one know why this is please and how to fix it. Thanks

you havent got the right Ip somewhere in the files as your CharSel gate isnt connected

they cant be as your screenshot is showing the selgate not connected ---] [---
are you running the server and playing on same pc? if you are i suggest setting all IPs to 127.0.0.1 and trying again.

or, read the router/port forwarding threads around here.

also make sure if there Tds 2.3 files that you have the updated gates

yeh viper is correct i had the same problem check the ips in the notepad files in ur selgate folder i had 2 ip's wrong and had exact same problem

there seems to be some with just 0.0.0.0 do i change them aswell ?

Leave the 0.0.0.0 as they are post your dbsrc from dbserver and setup from m2server, have you played around with the ips for setting the server up online? or intend to use just offline?

Try settin all those ip's back to normal you really dont need to change them, only ips you need to change are in the...

internal ip your external ip 7200 (space inbetween each entry)

Yes there all done. done them ages ago and just checked them cant see nothing wrong with them
