[CD3.55] Can't drop/sell/trade items

iv'e been testing on my kings server from 128 upto 147 so far i can change the Reserved to and i cant drop/sell/trade the item but someone telling me that on 3.55 its different, there 132 only allows stops them from equipping the item (e.g. sword).

Ideas please?
