Trying to play HaseKura 3.55. the updater works but the launcher does nothing. it attempts to load but then nothing happens, it sits in the process list for about 20-30 seconds then goes.

Any Ideas?

And yes i've tried compatibility mode xp and 2000, i'm on windows 7 x64

Thanks

Try to add the mir app to Data Execution Protection list, some times fixes old apps.
Right click on PC, properties.
go to System Properties.
Tab (Advanced) -> Performance -> Config.. and you will see the TAB for DEP. ;)

In my case, i have windows 7 64 and works fine with old mir3.
you can try to update your windows using windows update :P

I hope this serves you ;) cya

Yay for new errors!!

If i load it in windowed mode i get this, http://s2.postimg.org/x8ndygq1l/****_you.png Note that i am using a 40" HD tv via HDMI cable but this has never been a problem for any other mir.

If i use full screen mode i get an error saying failed to create for direct graphics error bar name is DXG.

Edit:

Apparently i need to make my monitor 16bit, not if i can do this due to it being a HD tv

2nd edit:

I changed the monitor settings to 16bit and still no success =/

*sigh* 3rd edit:

If i use 16 bit then that obviously fixes the messed up colors in window mode but that size window is not really playable but it's possable to resize but it does not exactly resize it, it stretches to what ever i want but once stretched what i see is not actually there, if i point my cursor at an icon it does nothing but if i point it at the original location before stretched then it works. I hope you know what i mean haha.

I have ran out of ideas =/

You can change the resolution of the monitor-windows settings? i use 1920 x 1080 and works fine. this is a full hd resolution, have space for game and others.

Another solutions:
Your TV have a Zoom? :P

atm i dont have more ideas, good look!

Not sure how i did not think of changing the resolution, seems the highest it will work for me is 1280x720 in full screen.

Cheers dude
