-_- as ive stated in my first post we/ve tried booting from the CD-ROM, it has 3 options.

- Continue the curretn installation of windows

- Cancel the current installation and install a new version of windows

- Quit the installation without installing windows

None of them work.
Cant you even select them? If you can, do the "Cancel the currenct installation and install a new version of windows". I think it should ask you somehwere in the start wether you want to convert your HD to NTFS or FAT32 or leave it like it is. What you want to go for is, convert to NTFS.

We can choose that option but it goes through a process of checking thorugh load of files then just restarts and goes to the Installing device's bit.

I highly doubt, but it might be due to a piece of faulty hardware. Has the PC ever restarted by itself for no reason at all befor?

Try reading through the rest of the thread you prick , sounds like your stressed , get out more man ..."noob"

Anyway , it doesnt "stick " files on my HDD .

Everytime we turn it on it just goes straight to the Installing device's process.

We can boot from the CD-ROM but we get a hardware error and when we cancell the curretn installation it just restarts .

Same for cancelling the current installation it just says its cancelled then restarts...

This is a very odd problem, you should try formatting your PC (dont know if it is possible as you cant really boot up with the CD) =/.
