Cant log on since update PC to version 1803

since i updated my PC to version 1803 i cant seem to log on
ive repaired the client
it gets me to the character selection screen but then doesnt go any further as it closes client down

I couldn't reply to PM since you have them turned off.

Possible steps to attempt:

Set your desktop resolution to be BIGGER THAN 1024 * 768.
Window Mode (Options top right of screen)
Change Set Resolution
Delete \Data\User.db
Failing that Delete Zircon.ini to reset settings.

If all of these steps fail Download Teamviewer 10 from Zircon download section and I'll remote connect and assist.

aaaand don't forget to check your firewall/antivirus isn't blocking your connection.

and private msg is turned on in my settings
