Cant login, Token states lifetime expired ?

Hi Guys,

Trying login as usual method, only the token says its lifetime has expired ?

Error Validating token repsonse : Error Validating Identity token: Lifetime Validations Failed, the token has expired

Just asked the other admins if they have any ideas - have had a few instances whereby peoples clocks were out enough it caused authentication to fail. Could just be worth doing a time/date sync in windows see if that helps



Goto Adjust date / time and click Sync Now



Hopefully might help in your case too

I did that and re downloaded the launcher exe, one of them worked thanks.
