theres another possiblity, have you got the patches needed to play as ull need a basic 300mb patch to be able to see anything anyways as for the database if you have Microsoft Access follow the steps below
1) create a new database in the location or ur choice but remember where it is
2) open the SQL database in your MySQL, SQL 2000 and export the database to the access database you made above
3) open your access database and youll get some **** saying this may damage your computer, bull****, its never damaged my computer, hit open lol
4) you now have access to all the databases that were in your sql database only without half the gay restrictions
Now to export certain tables to excel
1) create a normal Notepad document
2) open SQL databse and export a table u wish to edit with excel into the text document
3) right click the text document and goto "open with"
4) Select Microsoft excel from the list
5) now it shud open with all the fields in the right place, BEFORE you start editing goto file->save as-> Microsoft Excel Worksheet->Save
6) edit what ever you wish with no restrictions
7) save and close
8) open the excel sheet with notepad and save as a text document and then DELETE the old table in sql database BEFORE you import your modifried one or ull end up with tones or erros
