If he stole it, and/or he was the driver, i hope your friend goes to prison/youth offenders, little scumbag.
I got hit while driving along by a car full of joyriders who were all 15 a couple of years ago. They even ran off afterwards and I think all they got was a fine...and left me with no car and no payout. Now that's what I call justice.

My 'mate' has been caught in stole cars, driving with no liscence/insurance and underage about 3 times.
He never got sent down for it, just got fines and bans from driving.
Your mate will probably get a slap on the wrists and a fine.

i hate silly pricks like this. i would hate to think my car getting stolen they should make the laws harder

Criminal record, if he new it was stolen it could be classed as aiding and abetting more than likley a fine + could be points for knowing its stolen and community service, i really doubt he will go to a young offenders which is a shame really, i was in a car crash in oct 09 someone who wasn't insured and only just passed his test was in a Subaru impreza and couldn't control it, hit our car, wrote both cars off me and my friend are lucky to be alive, we hit a gas mains which knocked out the whole of Frome,

would love to do my bike license but cant afford it tbf only drive a car because a. its practical n b. i give 3 people a lift to uni like every day so meh lol:001_tt2:
