Challenge for Weapon Coders!

I dont know if anybody would have the patience to sit and do this, and it may even be impossible (not to my knowing as ive never used the prog).
Anyways here goes...

Creat a black pole with a purple crystal ball on the top what sparkles with a lighter shade of purple stars. Also give a kind of mystic steamy/swurly effect around the pole (unsure on the colour), or something similar to this.
Would be quite spectacular if this kinda weapon could be implanted ingame

Smav it wasnt a request u fool.
It was a challenge to see who could come up with the best if they have the time
as I said in the first post
