Im pretty sure the only difference between shanda and wemade sin is that shanda sin has been rendered in 16bit (anims are the same)

as a footnote pls let me know how to use blizz at rme...ec...hell cave... foxboss.... (worse archer room bdd) list is endless..constantly flinched due to aoe

All of which are static bosses, why would you need to blizz them? Blizz is the utility version of Metstrike. It's meant primarily to slow people down and flinch them allowing your melee's to hit them with ease. For those bosses you want to just burst them down as soon as possible, so blizz would not be ideal.

Everything was not fine, the skill was bugged, you should not have been able to cast FF or move while casting Blizzard
In the last couple of posts alone we have mixed reports on weather Blizzard can attack with or without flinch, so nobody really knows.

to clarify..

on casting blizzard with or without bubble... target damage will be 0 for fullcast , if u were recieving damage/flinched at time of cast or anytime during... ie u want to cast at ranged target 20 zuma gaurdians but 1 archer has u flinched....useless

......now somebody really knows.....tao deva flinching a wizz will stop blizz in its tracks...not sure about met strike as i dont have it. blizz did root caster to spot until damage was recieved then movement was availiable..

now it roots to the spot and does 0 damage... great! as a footnote pls let me know how to use blizz at rme...ec...hell cave... foxboss.... (worse archer room bdd) list is endless..constantly flinched due to aoe

**Wowowowow. Where did blizzard cancel upon flinch come from? I thought it was only meteor strike that was meant to do this. Atleast from all of the website descriptions anyway.

The main problem with blizzard was movement inside the spell, your best chance of survival is currently standing still? And seeing as it is no longer a close quarter spell, EVERYONE will be moving inside it.** +1

Tl;dr

After doing some reading around blizz isn't ment to cancel on flinch only met

true what hocus is saying tbh fighting against a Tao you'll never be able to use blizz which is abit bs

maybe instead of canceling on flinch you should stop a wizz from casting any spell (say 6secs) after casting blizz, this would stop the duel blizz ff moan?

Why? ATM if you cast a successful blizz your standing around for what 4secs anyway? Without casting anything,

whats the extra 2secs matter if it means you can successfully cast blizz everytime you want? Makes sence to me

i don't mean standing still for a extra 2 secs I mean jus a general cool down on other spells after casting it

EW2 has nailed ot on the head there.

Being stuck casting a skill thats not doing anything is silly.
Or upon flinch you can start to use skills again but the blizz falls harmlessly.

Atm if im riight, you cast blizz, flinch still stuck casting it but it does no damage? Thats not right.

Im pro fixing blizz as it was dumb but not to disadvantage a wiz simply to balance it.

Yes
If you are struck while casting bliz then the casting stops and you can continue to move and cast spells again.

The anim will continue to show but no damage will be done

casting blizz on rme stops its aoe until stun is over:) it has many uses other than the obvious...but you would know this if you played a wiz regular....which i do

Is this intended? Sounds like a bug. Unless you're talking about the purple poison part of the spell.

Purple poison :) it doesn't half hit speed, it drops it through the floor! Slow is OP on every mob.

Maybe because your ment to use blizzard when convenient and not constantly? What you asking is like asking why t storm doesn't hurt living mobs ,if you wanna slow rme or fox boss that badly take a curse tao with you or use frost crunch lol.
