changing % of refine

i've dled a hex guide witch says i have to seach for
CDCCCCCCCCCCCCCCFA 20% and change to
0000000000000080FE 80% but where do i find these lines with my hex editor
cus al i see is 2 colums. with only numbers.

Searching CDCCCCCCCCCCCCCCFA and changing it to 0000000000000080FE with HexWorkShop or and HexEditor u know how to use will change the chance to have a refine done from 20% of luck to 50%. This means that mainly 1 refine of 2 works.
If u have HexWorkShop:
- open your m2server.exe
- press CTRL+F
- choose Type: Hex Value
- Paste CDCCCCCCCCCCCCCCFA(without spaces) into the value box
- press ok
the window will close and highlight the CDCCCCCCCCCCCCCCFA into the hex values of your m2server.exe, after the values are highlight write over 0000000000000080FE.
