I disagree with most of you, the only slightly dodgy moment I can see is at 4minutes, the rest of it I can see it being completely plausible.
You're blind then. Look at when he gets hit by DD at around 1:30 ish. In fact, look at any time he gets hit. He flinches well after the fact and "skips" a little on their screen. Which would match up to what lil posted, with him using a modified client to bypass the flinch timer (which sanjian as shown is possible)
Compare it to every single other person in that video who gets hit and watch them flinch.
I'm not blind, 1:30 isn't dodgy at all, I have watched it repeatedly and that bit looks fine, 4:00 is the dodgy part. I can't be surprised by your lack of knowledge on Mir though, I mean you thought you couldn't RT at DD on euro. Yikes.
Hmmm I can't remember if you could RT in DD kr was a few years ago, played to many server were you could and couldn't. I'm struggling to see any real issues with the video. His ping maybe a big factor as well Vs someone with very low ping.
Am i right in thinking low ping player will see the hit and flinch on the Tao before the Tao receives it. Therefore the Tao will look out of sync? He seems to almost always take 3 steps, even tho sometimes it's broken into a few frames before he can run again.
Can't say for sure. But fighting a Tao in that environment is never fun for a warrior. So I could see why people could get over frustrated

The fact we're still debating if he's cheating or not when the guy has already admitted to using/doing "something to combat his latency".

To be fair you have never been very observant when it comes to cheats. I've seen you defend blatant cheats numerous times. Not saying your defending anyone here but on other servers (including the last official one) you have been either very lacking in what to look for when it comes to cheats/game mechanics or you have defended blatant cheats as they are usually within the same guild as you.
Sorry but you have zero credibility when it comes to observing cheats and making a valid comment. If Stevie Wonder said he'd seen a cheat I'd honestly take his comments more seriously than your "observations".
Name one cheat that i've ever defended for cheating. Quite honestly I am very credible and have a vast knowledge of the game for playing for so many years.
Hey, in my defence, i've played far too many garbage private servers since euro.
On euro you were limited to your singular bag though. You had to unbundle your normal HP and MP potions and your RT's to use them so you usually only ever had a limited amount of RT bundles at any one time, especially if you wanted unstackable sunnies as well.
On here, don't have that same issue what with an entirely extra unlockable bag and stackable pots. Meaning if you wanted to, you could RT around a KR for eons pissing people off. Seems pointless and imo no way to win a fight.
Careful, "Cheat Cheat McCheat Xele" your head may fall into the earths orbit. We all know I have permanent residence up here.

Hi Drakay,
I am always investigating Cheats, i have observed Rudolf. Our cheat detection system has not picked up anything but perhaps a latency fix. I have spoke with the player, he knows we are watching. If anything we are always investigating.
