Check stat command

Anyone have any idea what the check stat command is? I've tried CHECKDC like on the td's list.
But brings up this error:
[Npc Condition Error] Cmd:CHECKDC NPC:Herald Map:0 (304:254) Param1:13 Param2: Param3: Param4: Param5:

I'm using the lemon files.

lol was about to then tested it again quickly and didnt work! I've almost sorted it tho.

Basically, I'm trying to work out how you can have for example.

CHECK DC < 10

But doesn't like the <. Can only have CHECK DC 10 which is no good lol.

Anyone got any ideas?
