Cheerful gfx card...

I need a hand in acquiring a gfx card that meets the following criteria;

MUSTS:
-Support per-pixel alpha blending (WindowBlinds 5 themes)
-Have at least 64MB
-Have two DVI-A/I outputs (DVI-D is useless to me)
-Have NO fan
-Be DirectX 8+ certified

PREFERRED
-Have two VGA outputs, and TV
-Support outputting to both VGA ports and TV at the same time.
-Be under £40

I know nothing about gfx cards at all, so all recommendations are welcome.

I think you're a bity screwed on the dual dvi out leo. You will be looking at at leased £100 for a dual dvi card. If you can live with vga and dvi that can handle tv out also with direct x 8 try looking at the radeon 9000, it is fairly cheap and has a bit of power.

Uhh, Leo, you missed the big thing - AGP or PCI-E? I'm guessing from your requested specs, it'll be AGP, but it's always nice to be sure

You'd use an adaptor on the VGA port, and as far as I remember, 9XX0 cards do TV-Out & VGAOut at the same time (I use a 9600, and it does)

Theres loads on eBay , my current dual VGA cost £20.

Yea thats why I mentioned DVI-I, so I can stick an adaptor on the end and use it as VGA. The card may support TV+VGA0, but does it support TV+VGA0+VGA1 (three screens)?
