You mean have a chinese mir.exe to access a english priv mir server?
If thats what your saying then its not possible.

And if its a chinese server find there site, and tbh nearly all chinese servers have cheats anyway.

Like Revelation hack.. overweight hack.. run through.. all that stuff could just be removed if someone knew what the strings where for them in the mir.exe..

hmph, their exe's r way better than ours, on most of the new 1's can make account externally, and think u can store id and password into it. not sure tho..

hopeless anyway unless sum1 can remove cheats / server branding ( ip name etc)

my m8 made a program that allows u just to write in ure id and pass once and u clk a button and u can log on, u neva hav to right ure pass n **** in again!

Thats 100% false.
The chinese didnt make my "Made in England" pillow, and my house was sure made in england by english people. And if im not mistaken, Mir is made by a korean company, so we would have mir, chinese just added few cheats and alot more cool features.

He wants it to access the server files he has, not to log on any eng p servers if that was the case why would he want a "non cheat, chinese exe"..

only contains rev hack i think, n bypass's my anti cheat m2 guess it not completely anti cheat then lol
