People smoke for many reasons...
Family porblems,Bullying,Stress,Depression you name it They Dont smoke to be hard At the time i smoked Yes i did follow the crowd and yes i did Think i was hard But now i Look back and think What a fool i was And hopefully never go back to Smoking again..

Youll benefit alot from not smoking An average person spens £1.600 a year on cigerets What could you buy with that?
In a life time its Ment to be summet like £150k+
Now imo thats alot your paying And what you getting out of it...

I get stressed too... My solution? Boxing.

When I’m pissed off I go into my garden, stick my punch bag up and improve my boxing, whilst also improving my fitness, health, agility, along with anger relief.

So to summarise.. if you're smoking for stress relief.. Sure, for a short while you are not pissed off, but you smell, you waste money, you stain your teeth, your heath deteriorates, you become vulnerable to a number of illnesses, and you potentially harm others.

Think about it.

If you smoke for other reasons, then never mind this post.
