Client has stopped working

I've just bought a new PC and installed the client on it
I couldn't get in game after all the stuffs installed,keep getting the message client has stopped working.

Mention -> i've downloaded all the stuffs from site,antivirus off,but still cannot get in game

Client has stopped working after all installed.

Could i get any advice throught teamviewer?

And you are absolutely sure you've properly installed everything from this section:

https://www.zirconserver.com/download.html

And have created an exception in your Antivirus for the Zircon folder, and are running as an Administrator?


I team viewered, Issue is the CPU and as such graphics chip set are not supported by windows 7, I've given him a work around to update to SP3 to see if that helps... Still unknown (he'd need to install W10 and graphics drivers to play)

**** me you're ahead of the curve today. Maybe we'll see a new carrot dangle sometime soon.

Go figure. I like W7 but it's high time everyone upgraded to W10.
