Agreed, all the small bugs that have not yet been found and fixed can be sorted with a weekly reboot/patch during live; and if/when needed an emergency reboot/patch at off-peak times would be understandable.
IMO there were 4 things stopping the server from going live:
1) Assassin skills riddled with bugs
2) Quest system riddled with bugs
3) Exp issues (mobs granting different exp for different players)
4) Archer unfinished
The last reboot seems to have fixed the first 3 of these issues so now all that's left is to finish the Archer. There are still some issues balancing the 2 new classes for PvP and end-game content (in their current state both will struggle to find a niche in group content IMO) but again that's something that can be worked on over time.
Beta testers know as much as anyone so ofc take what we say with a pinch of salt but I'm remaining optimistic and hopeful for a January release.
