Computers shuts down straight after i turn it on

Ive had this problem before, but dont know how i solved it.

wenever i turn my pc on, after about 2 seconds of the fans going it restarts then boots up fine.

it works fine after this, but its abit annoying and probably not healthy. any ideas?

Check your rams all in securley.

Could it be the bios, i'm not sure how it works (even though i'm doing a Btech national deploma haha) but check its not trying to boots of say D drive before C drive,

its only just started a few days ago, so the bios shouldnt have changed.

will try replacing my ram. thanks.

Before you replace your RAM, actually test it first to make sure thats the cause, use this: http://www.memtest.org/

This can be an early sign that you PSU is on its way out.
