con closed

ok people iv made my server and i run it and i can get on but when a friend trys to join in it comes up con closed for him i dunno wots wrong could someone help plz

Make sure

1. You have your server running on your external IP not 127.0.0.1 (localhost)
2. Your friend has the correct IP in his client's .ini files

he may be using a firewall
he may have the wrong details in the ini files in his client.

Im helping building Tofas's server and weve changed two wrong Ip adresses in an .ini and disabled his firewall. Tomorrow we'll see if it works.
