Connction closed

I followed the guide "2.3 server setup guide" but I get connection closed.
Is it obvious what I have done wrong from this picture?

It looks like everything is connected, but it wont work.
Im sure i followed it right, but I guess something went wrong somewhere.

i know this is a 'is the plug in?' kind of suggestion, but is your ip 127.0.0.1 in your client by any chance?

and have you tried to add in the missing npc files?

Ive got rid of the npc errors now, but still no luck.

The client ips COULD be where ive gone wrong. This was the bit where the guide didnt seem to make sense lol. This is what ive currently got:

Ok, Ive now got mir.ini and serves.ini as follows:

mir.ini

But I still get connection closed, unless I use a different exe!

the one that comes with the guide just says connection closed but another one I have allows me to create an account, but when I try and log in, nothing happens!

I really dont know whats wrong now lol
