Hello! I was wondering if anyone would be able to assist me in answering a question on why I keep getting disconnected from the server? i get on and move around for like a few seconds and then i freeze in place.. not sure whats going on? cause i don't have any problems on my laptop and runs fine.. my FPS is 1000-3000 and my ping is good. any help would be appreciated!

It's back again

So done a repair on launcher still no fix. I can run around any Map no problems until it stop to check bag or pig then i disconnect. Not my net connection. Closed everything apart from Zircon so nothing interferes. Any suggest what else to try.

Did anyone actually find a fix for This? as it happens to me all the time, as long as I am running around and using skills Its ok, but if I stand still or tt to safe zone, I get disconected with a message that says connection timed out.
oh by the way, I have tried increasing the timeout from 15 seconds to 1 minute, but nothing changed

Connection is 100mb ethernet
Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller
the same also happens if I connect via wifi except, I use the Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N 100
No problems with other servers
Any further info on this problem?

As far as I can see it must be something to do with the PC or Network, maybe a power saving function, Antivirus, VPN?
The server is always communicating with the client every 5 seconds, which is enough to maintain connection.

Every time I am in game it happens, which basicaly means I can only go onto floors that I can login on, this doesnt happen on any other server or on any other site, this is specific to Zircon.
Because of these limitations I have now found I am logging in less and less, which is a disapointment, as I was really looking forward to playing this, but thats life.
If the OP can run a wire shark capture and make the issue happen then upload the pcap file I can take a look and see what’s going on.
sorry its been a while getting back to you, I dont have AV so its not that, but its does seem to have improved somewhat.
I'm not sure if you have changed anything on the server, but as far as I know nothing has changed here.
I have been playing on Anihilation without any problems infact apart from when the server is being rebooted / updated, I have not had any problems
which is good in one way, but the game play etc is not as good as Zircon, but atleast I dont loose connection / time out, which is the only real benefit.

ping 19-sometimes 32 ... all games, programs, and internet work good (160Mb)
when i play, kill monster, walk, buying soething, doing anthing in game ... never disconect ...
but when i stop kill mobs ... abaut 15-30 sec and discontect ( abaut 5-10 times in day) ... its a 100% client problem.
ps... my first 2-3 weeks on this server .. 0 disconects ... someday update ... and start disconects ... i dont reamember with one
