Connetion Time Out

I'm frustrated not being able to play continuously, for a few hours or even minutes without being disconnected.

i am now getting this issue every couple of minutes ,, is there a fix .. i pay about 400quid a month into the game but if i can't get resolved i will leave .. check your records ...

Where do you live? Possible ISP issue? Or possible network adapter issue.
I've not been disconnected once.

Jamie I seem to recall we had this problem before and it was fixed, perhaps it was on Marble. Might be worth taking a look?

I was having the like 6 times a day till the last patch seemed to fix it for me. Havnt played the new patch yet will let you know.

Is there a fix for this as its still happening no matter how many patches there are.... download speed consistently 50mbps with no drop out ..game runs smoothly, but every 5 mins timing out, annoying when on a boss

We are not seeing any issues and fyi we have not changed anything that could make this better or worse. So for ventus I'm not sure why it's fixed. Can you post your errors? If you have any.

Well guys thanks for your help, it seems connection prob has resolved it self somewhere within the reboots and fixes
