Could a member of the server team reply please?

Could a member of the server team reply to this thread?

I have tried to connect my dad through a proxy so he can play this server as i've already posted a few days ago that the max connections is 3... and 4 of them in the house want to play could a member of the team possibly make an exception for him? as setting him through a proxy is stupid.. Complicated (to me im a hardware guy not internet/isp/w/e) and a waste of time when you could possibly make an exception for his one IP address....
