Help Could not load Drop & Cannot start server without item: ��ö

Hi~ guys
I'm changing English to Korean.
Sometimes I met these errors.
And I want to know why they occurs.
Does anyone know this error?
Any help very appreciated

Just from my own (very limited so may be totally wrong) experience..

Database-monster-drop builder
Take a look at the drop file for that mob and fix
Then create a new item and name it whatever the hell that's Ment to be and restart server

Sounds like you've used the database provided but not copied all the scripts and npc files to the folder too
