Couple smallish bugs

whever you use a random teleport while u have the big map active(outside) it reverts to small map every time.

While using the mini UI u cant acess the screen resolution dropdown menu

The minimap bug is forced by design at the moment until I recode the way the nobigmap flag is handled.

The mini UI doesn't support any other res.
