Other crashing

hi all i seem to be haveing big problems with the game i play wizz and when i mass lure my game crashes and kills my laptop ive asked a few ppl in game they have same problem they asked gm and thay told him to re do game ive done this 4 times with no fix ive tryed runing it at administrator not worked ive also changed it so it runs with xp sevice pack 2 not worked any help pls System Information

This sounds more like a client problem rather than server-side.
Try and re-run the auto-patcher for the server or re-download the client making sure that all the data files are there.
Any missing placements in the data folder may cause lagg out issues
