ur id/password is 2 allow u 2 make contact 2 the sql databases.
whatever u used in installing sql, same in there

i keep getting this error when i click on the mir4.exe what do i do?

id is always 'sa'
account dsn is 'account'
game db dsn is 'game3g' if your using cd, or 'game' if your using job
map file path leads to your mapinfo.txt c:\mud3\envir\

are you missing any wils? and when u click yes, does it log on ok?

iam using wils and WIX's from an old mir3 i ust to play... when i click yes it goes to the login screen some boxes are missing any way i put id n pass in and the charsel screen is all black.

redownload the mir3 client then. that will fix it.

iam using MSRF 2.9 files .. am not totaly sure which client i need? do you know?

why are u using them? delete that and use crueldragon.

cant get onto chrsel screen

server starts fine runs ok go to log in and i cant get onto the char select screen iam using MSRF 2.9 server files :S if this helps :P

ok fixed that lolz but know every time i go to make a new char it ses the name is already taken .. i put it a random name "kfhwebfbsdgsa" ses already taken... help plz

am soo close from getting on my mir3 server just got a problem when i go to make a new char it ses it already exsists but it dont! and when i have tried i get this error on my DB serevr.....any help would be nice ty

im not the best person with mir3 but any how i think you should try wipe the id and chars from the server files.

as i put in your other thread try clearing the chars and id db`s.

I merged 3 threads into 1... so don't create new one for your next new problem.

You should try to restore the database to get rid of TBL_CHARACTER problem you are having...

its all fine. 1 last problem i cant solve i hope. i can get onto my char select screen and make a char but when i click on start game it stays black.
