The damage it dose to surrounding mobs is so low nothing compared to halfmoon and also it rarely hits every surrounding mob, if im surrounded by say bugbats it will miss a fair few. Yes it's level 3.

Mines level 1 but I'm getting the same hardly hits and when it does getting 4's ish pretty sure lvl 0 chm was stronger than half moon or atleast it should be as its a lvl 38 skill

Same, really low damage and never hits all surrounding monsters.
