Crueldragon3Gbasedata error

Iv hade this error a few times and helped other people sort it and nearly always it was a wrong IP issue but i'v just got the working 3.55 files and used LS3g database and i'm getting this error.
Its the first time i've done it this way as before i just used already translated files etc but i cant work out why it wont work, i thought maybe because im through a router but iv tried all 127.0.0.1, 192.168.0.4 and also the live Ip's but none work and iv double checked all ip's and passes, any ideas please coz im out of them

Sorry to bump but really need help, its pissing me off.
I had a similar thign with another computer and my gf seems to think its something to do with the ODB, when i add the stuff from the guide in system dsn on the computer i got the server working on it had other things in user dsn but the 2 that i've had this problem with don't.
Could this be a cause to it because i really have tried everything else and picked a few peoples brains on msn but i cant find a solution.

check ur crueldragon3g.ini

i had the same error. on IP write (local), not 127.0.0.1, i did it and now work fine

also check your pass is correct or it cant connect to the database
