CS 1.6 help.

If any of you play this or can run dedi servers behind a router i need help..

Iv forwarded all need ports, i have made myself a static IP, yet when i load my HLDS It doesnt show up in any lists only if i add it, and also nobody can connect.

I need to change the IP from that which is my internal to my external and i aint got a clue how...

becuase its hosting a lan server as you can see that ip address is you router ip not your online ip therefore you cant run it online but if you and your friends are wanting to have a game you can download Hamachi https://secure.logmein.com/products/hamachi/list.asp

make a server on hamachi get your friends to log in and if its you whos hosting get them to copy your address.

e.g. say gavin was playing cs and i wanted to connect to him i would right click and copy address like so.

then i would go ingame open up console and type connect 5.202.186.166 and it would connect me too them

and i no i posted screenie of cs;s but dont worry its same for cs its just my graphics for cs is messed atm need to reinstall

you probs already no this but if you dont no how to open the console goto Options,keyboard,advanced and tick enable developer console then apply. then press the ` button to the left of number 1 and under escape

if you cant be assed to create a hamachi server you can use Network name:stormerelite pass:stormer

nah we still run servers for counter strike and still play it now and agaain but we have mainly moved onto games like team fortress 2 as there more fun and some of our members are 30-40 and dont have as much skill as our younger members. but tf2 is a game for all players doesent require any skill but is a good laugh

yeh i do no it lol, i was a CAL player until i lost my pc for over a few months now i lost my touch.

reinstalled my cs but its still messed up dno whats wrong with it and whats your steam name ice ill add you n have a game if i ever get mine working :P
