Well i was just wondering if anybody knows a good CSS editor with the functions aswell please?

Don't know of an editor especially dedicated to CSS, but there's always Dreamweaver.

Or you can code in notepad, which is what I prefer to do; Dreamweaver gets on my wick.

Notepad ++ is okay. Syntax Highlighting and few languages supported.
