This is a typical post made by someone who wants everything his way and done now, loud mouth, bullish attitude, can not describe correctly what is wrong, or even put across a decent description of what should , could or may have been done.
This is precisely why servers go bad.
Wind your neck in, this is not a paid server, this is a server made for testing, and correcting these files.
If you want to carry on the way you are at the moment, please apply to the Jeremy kyle show, I am sure there will be a section for ignorant, selfish children that cry over any and every thing, you would fit right in.
Learn some respect for the people who are contributing to these files, learn to say thank you, and learn to be polite, after all saying please and thank you doesn't cost anything but goes a long way towards gaining something which at the moment you do not possess, that is Respect.
Patience is also a virtue that you do not possess, the people working on the files have jobs and lives or than Mir they do it in their spare time for free, have patience, be constructive with bugs that are found, and the files will be sorted a lot sooner, but at the moment
all you are doing is showing everyone reading this form, that you are an ignorant selfish moron.

how dare you even make a post like this , this to read almost made my stomach turn let alone the HARD WORKERS of ACEM2

Do you even REALIZE the amount of work and time it takes to change even the smallest thing with out causing problems for any other area/attribute in the game/server itself...

I'm pretty sure the spell should be as follows

WIzard begins to cast the spell - Graphic is placed and damage begins

Wizard channels the spell for 5 seconds? - Over this time the spell deals damage to those caught within the raidus of the spell area

If the Wizard is hit while channeling the spell it is interrupted

Regardless of whether the cast is cancelled or completed the spell goes on Cooldown.

As far as i remember this is correct what happens now is you cast and channel for 3 to 5 seconds then you can move and the gfx effect and damage happens.

So, comments like "fix the movement" or "there is something wrong with the movement" doesn't explain the actual problem... I have never used this skill before, how can I fix something if I do not know how it is broken....

As for Meteor Strike sticking the caster to the floor... This was not official to my knowledge, this was something that td added to 2.3? Correct me if I am wrong...

Therefore, the Wizard needs to stay stationary so the spell carrys on channeling. Maybe not forced to stay there till it stops like on TD's 2.3 files, but if they move the spell stops.

You shouldn't be able to move at all while the channeling happening.

If so that is incorrect, the spell should be casting during that 3-5 period not after.

They should be rooted, but the spell should have a chance to do massive damage so the pros balance the cons of that spell

You're pretty much thinking the same as me.

In a way, it shoul just stop casting if you move... But as it's a high level and high damage skill it should be something you use knowing you are safe to use it, not just been able to risk using it at anytime knowing you can just move.

I fail to see the difference in being rooted to the ground or if spell is cancelled if wiz moves, which the latter is the way it is meant to be.

They are not that bad, and I'm not a biased player but I also shy away from PVP... So maybe I'm not the best person to ask!

My only problem is wizzies seem the most powerful class. Mirror hurts more than it should, Auto Pot (Sun pots mainly), Spell Cast speed.

21 minimum DC and am always hitting 5s and 6s, we been telling you that minimum DC is a problem for weeks yet you ignored everyone.

Clone doing 80+ damage when it's not ment to take hardly any damage at all.

When you fail to listen to your own community, i see why you think classes are balanced, all you do is go of what YOU think is right, especially with FF which casts far too quick yet you said this was fine.

im lvl 35 and im always hitting for 40+ damage......


The class's are not that unbalanced people just complain alot because everyone wants to be the winner....

Just a helpful hint. The people complaining about wizzies unbalanced. Are you sure the main problem isn't the fact that auto-pots (sun pots) are far more efficient on wizzies due to their low health pool?

They should be killed instantly if they make a wrong move, but the auto sun pots keep them alive for as long as they have them. Wizzies damage was always meant to be good, but they're supposed to be really really easy to kill.

Might want to look into removing auto-pot / removing sun pots from the game or maybe even putting them on a cooldown. You may notice a massive difference in "balance" with this simple change.

As far as I am aware this is a TEST server for them to perfect the files which they will then release to us so we can make our own. If you dont like it don't play. Wait until they are released and then make you're own, don't come on here and give them **** for something you have not contributed to or paid one penny for. I don't quite understand who you think you are lol.

Paying customers have a job getting companies to change their services for them, I am not quite sure how you think badmouthing and cursing at the people who run this game/service will get them to change it. Unless you believe you playing the server is that important that they will simply do as you say.

If I was the server team id turn it off tbh and go spend my time on more rewarding activities but for some reason they continue, despite abuse from people like you.

As for the others that don't like how the server is run, you have expressed you're concerns, don't come on here and flame the server team CONSTANTLY just because you don't get you're own way. I can understand one, maybe two posts on the subject to make sure you're point has been put across but not CONSTANTLY ffs, anyone would think you are a bunch of teenagers that are upset cos they cant get their own way. Not a bunch of ADULTS enjoying a game created and given to them for FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Yes, that word again that most of you seem to forget.. Server will not die for lack of a few warriors. At my last login i saw plenty in-game anyway so if its torturing you that much to play this free server that you have not given **** towards creating / upkeep then do everyone a favour and DO ONE.
