Im given coords to hand in my quest to the npc however the npc is not there and i looked all around the close vicinity

If i remember right its the poison making guy inside the potion shop.
there is a door to the right of the potion lady in BW, take that, then the second door and you will find him in there.


I may have the wrong quest though
