D3D Device Error on Launch

Howdy people!

I have just downloaded the client and installed it, yadda yadda. When launching the game (after a 200MB or so patch) it gives me an error message along the lines of "Can't Create D3D Device".

Kind of annoying. Any ideas on a fix?

running in vmware or sorts???, if so chaneg the settings so it ssupports direct x

What version of Direct X you got?

DirectX 11. No ATI card.

Try a restart.

VGA? no we mean what graphics card do you have?

Specific card though? (can be viewed in dxdiag).

eg Radeon 9000 or nvidia 660

Hahaha. It's a fresh install and I'd completely forgot to install the graphics driver.

No problem, an issue like that always tends to be dated or in this case no graphics drivers
