Any chance we can get something like one of these in place? To promote people playing every day.

It also gives more casual players some chance of competing with the guys with no jobs/education to attend. Most modern games make the first few hours of play more efficient to progress, with spending all day having greatly diminishing returns.

The benefit is mainly to have as many "relevant" players for wars in the game as possible. Having a top 10 that just dominates the server might be fun for those 10, but it's not great for the health of the server. As someone who used to be one of those 10 when I had more time, I can see how toxic we can make the game very easily whilst not even doing so maliciously.

I know it's slightly psychologically manipulative to get people to want to play every day to not miss out of these types of daily promotion, but it has been working for devs for many years now to make extremely popular mmos.

For me is hard to be on TOP and be competitive since i have to work 8/12hours per day, so would be nice to have some kind of stamina xp, for ever x time offline you will get x time double xp when playing for a MAX of x hours

EDITED:
Btw, forgot to mention you would need at less be 16hours offline to get for example 2hours double xp, this way hardcore players cant abuse of the system, nothing against hardcore players, i be myself an hardcore player in old days, is just a way to turn the server more competitive for the ones that have a job/study.

Or you get quest to read say 5 books. I think you can still read the books at lvl4, so it should still work on max skilled char. Completing could reward a random book of your class with reasonable page count. So basically once a day you cant convert 5 crap low page count books into something that could be useful.

In all honestly I think this is a bad idea. I played wow for many years and have seen first hand the affect this kind of content can have on a game, I'm reality if you have the whole day to play and are prepared to dedicate yourself to constant paving you should have an edge over players that only play a few hours a day or less, I personally work I hours a day and have other time commitments but I still enjoy the game being a mid level player.

If you've played WoW you know fine well people who spend all day ingame have a massive advantage. Like beyond massive, rested exp is nothing compared to someone playing 16 hrs a day. WoW at least limits those players by raid lockouts, but they still have a massive advantage even then by being hugely rich from farming/grinding in that time.

On mir, a mid level player is worthless vs one of the top 10. At least on WoW a mid tier max level can do the same raids, and might even get into mythic raids before a reset. Gives them motivation to carry on.
