Before the End of thread. id just like to add that maybe Trooperr is some sort of relative to one of the gms because judging by the drop rates its odd that he had a JMace so early on. I just put together 1+1 here. No flames plz.

omg plz shut up now, its getting beyond a joke. Do u really think someone whos worked hard on a project for months/years with no pay is gonna risk it all by giving a mate a jmace(of all things) Even ppl ingame can tell u who he bought it off. Hope the moderator closes this thread and the schoolkids get a life

Well it wouldn't really be a risk unless he expected the files to get hacked... Even then he could remove it from the logs.

Everyone can be sarcastic if they want but at the end of the day this will either prove he is corrupt or shut the people up who say he is. If he is corrupt you can bet there will be some items out there.

You know why the developers of all Server files record GM actions into log files?

Because they cannot trust the power hungry ego of their friends being GM's.

Solution: remove @make and all the other features, get rid of 'gm powers', make gm's powerless (can't hit mobs, can't drop items, cannot be killed, visible sure), only 1 Administrator, and moderator can only @kick/ban players for cheating, i see no need for gm's to be wearing items, they're not killing anything.

Before anyone argues... "What about testing stuff?"... that can be done on a 'ktest' server.

Well with other files there is options to set people as GM or Mod. It's pointless removing the @make command because whoever has access to the database could just add the item there.

A Mod should have the powers that don't mess the server up. It's pointless in them having the ability to create items, all it does is risk them screwing the server over. These are custom files though so they may already not have the power to create items/gold.

Are all the people who are part of the "team" full GMs? If they are then you can bet there has been some corruption.
