whenever i try to install it, it tells me its not a valid win32 ap .. help plz

Doesn't sound right to me...

First of all I'd re-download this file, and install it again u can get it Here.

If all this fails follow this advice :-

Is your windows up-to-date? are you missing any files? and last but not least I recommend you give your system a full virus scan (with norton preferably).
