DBCommander Error

When i install DBCommander it says

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows application. Choose "Close" to terminate application

Can some1 plz help me

wtf?? I d/led it and put it were ova post's told me 2 and it worked?? How come when i tried it with my cd it didnt, must of been missing a file, but it didnt whoe that i was missing one. there was anova d/led that was posted but it didnt work. Thanks alot m8
